Barron Creek Farm
Barron Creek Farm is a nonprofit, regenerative farm that donates its harvest to those who need it most.
We seek to foster community through sustainable farming, education, and food accessibility.
Sustainable farming
We utilize regenerative farming practices to help mitigate climate change, improve soil health, restore biodiversity, enhance ecosystems, and contribute to human health.
Education
We strive to provide education about regenerative agriculture, food justice, and community health. We center Indigenous and generational knowledge and learning from the community through the sharing of skills and cultural foodways: the varying cultural, social, and economic practices relating to the production and consumption of food. We believe that building a better food system is an initiative that relies on the help of many, and not just a few.
Food Accessibility
Barron Creek Farm has grown and donated over 15,000 pounds of fresh, healthy, culturally appropriate produce. We believe access to fresh, chemical free, delicious food is fundamental to human health and happiness. We work directly with food banks and pantries to distribute our food through the most direct and accessible channels.
